WORKSHOPS/SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS

Are YOU prepared for the Inevitable?

Minimize Reputational & Financial Losses

No one wants to talk about worst case scenarios when business is flowing smoothly, but when a crisis hits your company, senior-level leaders need to know how to respond in order to avoid significant reputational and financial losses. In today’s speed of life, it’s not if you will experience a crisis, it’s when and how severe. Open the newspaper, turn on the TV and you will find companies in crisis. Poorly handled crises destroy businesses, reputations and careers.

Crisis Interception’s (CI) co-founders offer interactive workshops to organizations that are ready to jumpstart the crisis planning process, or keynote addresses that highlight how crisis continues to evolve in today’s fast-paced world. Whether you are a corporate executive, or a trade group/professional association member, we will customize our workshops or presentations to meet your needs and provide a solid foundation for your organization’s crisis plan.

Crisis Interception’s Interactive Workshop

In this lively, interactive workshop, Tara Goodwin or Nancy Capistran Co-Founders of Crisis Interception, LLC will walk participants through simulated crisis scenarios that are customized to their company. Participants will work together to form an outline for their own company’s crisis plan utilizing Crisis Interception’s proprietary Crisis Planning Guidebook™ to jumpstart the planning process. This includes identifying the crisis team, envisioning and discussing worst-case scenarios and preparing holding statements for simulated crisis situations. The guidebook includes both resource materials and actionable templates that participants can take back to their teams including but not limited to:

  • identifying your organization’s risk profile
  • a crisis escalation flowchart

  • what’s happening inside your organization during a crisis

  • a crisis readiness survey

  • key questions to ask in a crisis

  • 12-steps to effective crisis communications

In addition, each attendee will receive a Crisis Interception Certificate of Completion for the 3-hour workshop and access to Crisis Interception’s online Crisis Planning portal for one year to store their company’s customized plan.

*This includes a one-hour pre-workshop planning call to identify the best participants within the company to attend this event
